T1D PLAYMAKERS:
Jordan and Sounders FC are offering the opportunity for a youth (ages 4-22) with type 1 diabetes to meet with Jordan after Sounders FC matches throughout the regular season. Enter to be one of Jordan’s T1D Playmakers and meet with Jordan at a match.
Jordan is committed to diabetes awareness, education and connecting with those affected by T1D.
